鋼化后的玻璃，在無外力作用時仍會發(fā)生自爆，這是鋼化玻璃自身的特性所決定。鋼化玻璃自爆源于硫化鎳（Nis）,在鋼化處理的加熱階段，硫化鎳是高溫態(tài)的（α～Nis），在快速冷卻時，高溫態(tài)的（α～Nis）來不及向低溫態(tài)的（β～Nis）進行轉(zhuǎn)變。這種晶型轉(zhuǎn)變從熱處理后的幾分鐘到安裝后的十幾年里一直存在，（α～Nis）轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椋?beta;～Nis）會導致體積膨脹，破壞玻璃內(nèi)部的應力平衡，最終導致玻璃自爆。鋼化玻璃均質(zhì)爐是鋼化玻璃生產(chǎn)的輔助設(shè)備。在玻璃鋼化工序完成后，進入均質(zhì)爐進行引爆測試和消除殘余的硫化鎳，將存在“自爆”隱患的鋼化玻璃在測試過程中提前引爆，從而避免了鋼化玻璃安裝后再次發(fā)生“自爆”，大大地提高了建筑物的安全可靠性。該機的特點是計算機過程監(jiān)測控制，多路曲線實時顯示，數(shù)據(jù)存儲及查詢，同時多條曲線打印。
　　該機可作低溫釉烘烤爐和彎夾玻璃抽真空預壓爐使用?？筛鶕?jù)用戶需要進行設(shè)計。

Tempered glass could have spontaneous breakage without receiving any external force, which is the nature of tempered glass. The reason comes from nickel sulfide inside the glass. Nickel sulfide is α～Nis in high temperature during the heating section of tempering procedure, when cooled rapidly in cooling section, there is no enough time for it to turn into β～Nis of low temperature. The morphic transformation will last for ten of years after the tempering glass is installed, leading to spontaneous breakage. Heat soak furnace is assistant equipment to tempering. Upon completion of glass tempering procedure, the glass is tested in the heat soak furnace to ignite those tempering glasses with potential spontaneous breakage in advance eliminating rudimental Nickel sulfide and to avoid breakage happens after installation. This increases the safety and reliability of building. The machine is characteristic of computer in-process monitoring and controlling, multi curve display, data storage, record check and curve printing. This machine can be extended to be used in drying low frit heating and pre-pressing of bending lamination glass. The machine can be customized.
