本機(jī)采用日本歐姆龍控制系統(tǒng)、三菱伺服電機(jī)，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，定位精度高；大尺寸真彩觸摸屏，界面友好，操作簡(jiǎn)單。
整機(jī)有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)兩種操作方式，可單獨(dú)手動(dòng)操作，使用更方便、簡(jiǎn)潔。
AGL25自動(dòng)上片機(jī)由機(jī)架、傳送總成、垂直升降系統(tǒng)、水平移動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、擺臂、真空吸附系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)等組成。
AGL25自動(dòng)上片機(jī)傾斜立式安放?？勘嘲逵锰间摪鍑娝?，機(jī)架可折疊，運(yùn)輸方便。
傳送系統(tǒng)采用無(wú)級(jí)變頻調(diào)速電機(jī)控制，同步帶傳送，玻璃能以合適的速度平穩(wěn)的運(yùn)行，腳踏開(kāi)關(guān)能根據(jù)工作情況隨時(shí)啟動(dòng)、停止傳送。
垂直升降系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)控制，同步帶傳動(dòng)。水平移動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用伺服電機(jī)控制，齒輪齒條傳動(dòng)。
擺臂采用氣動(dòng)方式，通過(guò)氣缸的伸縮，控制擺臂的擺動(dòng)角度在84°—96°之間的任意角度

The AGL25 auto glass loading machine adopts Japan Omron control system, Mitsubishi Servo motor, stable performance, precise positioning; wide touching screen, friendly pages, easy operation.
Two operation mode: automatic and manual. The machine can be operated manually, easy and clear to operate.
AGL25 includes: machine structure, conveyor, vertical lifting system, horizontal move system, swing arm, vacuum suction system, and electrical system.
AGL25 auto glass loading machine is inclined vertical structure. Back plate is made of carbon steel plate with plastic spray. Machine is bendable for easy transportation with general container.
Conveyor system adopts frequency control motor with synchronous belt, glass can move balanced in proper speed. Foot switch can start or stop the conveyor at any time according to working status.
The lifting system adopts servo motor control with synchronous belt. The horizontal move system adopts servo motor control with pinion and rack.
The swing arm adopts pneumatic system. The swing angle(84°~96°) is controlled by cylinder.
