機頭水平式、上下移動，采用蝸輪減速機附安全剎車馬達變頻穩(wěn)沖，上下平穩(wěn)。

刮印刀采用恒壓裝置，刮印刀印壓強弱設定后，對于印刷物厚薄不規(guī)則能自動補償。

回油刀采用恒壓裝置，壓力能任意設定具自動補償作用，能使油墨覆蓋厚薄，任意控制，不產(chǎn)生震波。 不移動絲框狀態(tài)下能設定刮刀與覆蓋油墨刀做重復動作，精度不變形。
